Tim Noffke

Vice President, Program Management and Chief of Staff

Tim Noffke serves as Vice President, Program Management and Chief of Staff at Tentarix. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D and Operations in the biopharmaceutical industry. At Tentarix, Tim has overall program management responsibility for the company’s 3-5+ year plan consistent with corporate objectives, supports critical initiatives outside of the development programs, and leads post-DC to IND and beyond planning.

Prior to joining Tentarix, Tim most recently served as the Vice President of Program Management at Kinevant Sciences working to advance a clinical-stage biologic asset to treat a rare inflammatory disease.  Before Kinevant, Tim was the Vice President of Program Management and Chief of Staff at Aptinyx where he led program planning and execution across the pipeline of neuroscience assets and supported executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Earlier in his career, Tim held senior leadership roles at Pfizer, including Global Head of Program Management for the Upjohn division and Head of Biologics Program Management. He previously served as Head of Program Management at Hospira, where he was one of three key leaders in the company’s biosimilars business.

Tim also spent several years building the Life Sciences practice at Integrated Project Management Company, partnering with pharma and biotech companies to apply program management discipline to drug development. He began his career in operations management at Procter & Gamble. Tim holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
